Hi all, i want to ask the new honda city V-spec ori 16" rim, will the 205/55 R16 tyre fit the rim? or any other recommended size introduce?
*
Too big. 205/50/16 more suitable

I'm on 195/50/16, A BIT smaller but still acceptable.

Ops, sorry missed out that part, thought u wanna change sport rim. I don't think can.

Hi sifus, any advice for good and reasonable tyre shop for alignment and balancing? During my 10,000 service, SA put that in my bill, but they charging almost 100 for it, thus I asked them to remove. Pls advice good shop where I can get it done? Preferable in PJ/KL/Klang. My car is City V Spec. Tq.

QUOTE(looprevil @ Jun 27 2016, 02:45 PM)
guys, how much ur sa quote u for windscreen insurance?
being quoted rm240 for rm1.5k windscreen, is this too much?
*
Let me contribute an accountant's view here...

Coverage RM1,500
The insurance premium RM240

RM1,500/RM240 = 6.25 times

In your driving experience, how many times have u had experienced windscreen damage?

I've been driving for 14 years, never had windscreen broken yet (touch wood).
If I had been buying this windscreen coverage, I'd have paid RM240 x 14 years = RM3,360, for nothing. Free money for insurance company. doh.gif

"Self insure" la, bro icon_rolleyes.gif

QUOTE
Self-insure is a method of managing risk by setting aside a pool of money to be used if an unexpected loss occurs. Theoretically, one can self-insure against any type of loss. However, in practice, most people choose to buy insurance against potentially large, infrequent losses.

I also always drive on highways, but never behind lorries and trucks. Always
(1) overtake secepat mungkin, or
(2) keep a safe distance

I fear this more than batu from lorries...
