Hi guys, I've just adopted a hedgehog from my friend. First time having hedgehog, no experience. Hope u guys could share some tips of how to care. Oh yea, he's kinda obese as my friend over fed him. Other than control diet, how can I help him to lose weight?

Wow, that is new to me... I've never seen or heard of that kind of behaviour. Maybe he's scratching his body?

Btw, if anyone is looking for a hedgie to adopt, I have a post over in the adoption thread. PM me!

Hi, just wondering if its okay to feed hedgehogs dog food instead of cat food and are they fine with having a lower temperature at night? (16°C)

Hi guys. Just got a hedgehog. Do they need any fan at night if they are in the living room? I know they need warm. But afraid it will be too stuffy..
