Hi guys, im about to get yongnuo 560iv flash gun so that I can start experimenting using off flash for more shooting options in the future. What kind of tripod do u recommend that I use with the flash gun? Is umbrella necessary or are there anything to replace as a diffuser as well? Thanks so much

tripod is good since it can double up using as (well) tripod for camera.... but problem is they are never high/tall enough for low budget.

you can consider a Light Stand (usually less then rm100) design for lights/flash/strobe.

every light shaping tools, umbrella, softbox, snoot, grid has own behaviour, but umbrella is one of the easiest to start with for learning.

go for those umbrella+holder+ligthstand package for around rm140 or less... its a good start for learning off shoe lighting. smile.gif
