Maybe you can try this .. download an app called DNSet on your device - its basically a VPN app ..
Open the app and click start.
Now pair your device with the car and see if you can use your online service.

But I did that, and I see that there is one client connected, but nothing happens. I did even try using my tablet as proxy between s8 and command to eliminate s8 out of equation.
S8 Internet > S8 wifi hotspot > z4 tablet > z4 bluetooth tethering > command online. Same problem.
Event tried blueDun+ app but it seems all connections from command are going via proxy in Stuttgart...
So conclusion:
A) my command wasn't "activated" by dealer
B) MY '17 car running some old firmware.
