Don't worry much about the battery as many people told you to, as a matter of fact, Prius which has aged more than 9 years old by now didn't give much major problem on its battery, some more, Mercedes is giving you 6 years warranty on that too. There are just too many cried wolf stories about the battery that not many are actually experiencing it.
