Brought an A Class - RM205,000
1st Year Insurance Agreed Value - RM205,000
2nd Year Insurance Agreed Value - RM180,000
3rd Year Insurance Agreed Value - RM150,000

Assuming, your car is stolen/total loss during the 3rd year of usage;
Insurance will only pay back (or you can claim) RM150,000 (due to Agreed Value)

So with GVP, C&C will top-up RM205,000 (Purchase Price) - RM150,000 (Insurance Claim) = RM55,000 to You =)

Different dealer offer different package, try and compare all.

I got mine from HSS, most kiam siap dealer ever.

Cycle and carriage normally give good free gift, after sales still got yearly birthday voucher, invitation to event and launching.

Most purchased from HSS regreted and get no good after sales invitation, not even calendar, new year gifts bday vouchers etc.

for car service thinking how much does it cost to service the car when is still under warranty...some of my friends suggested me to get a warranty outside and service it from independent workshops outside as the cost is much cheaper..hope to receive some advise thanks

If your car is still under warranty it is best to service with the authorised service center else your warranty will void on those parts service from independent workshop.

Service in Authorised SC like CnC,HSS, NZ will be around RM1.5k to RM2.5k depending on the parts you change like the fine particle filter, oil, engine air insert filter, aircon filter, brakes, alignment and more.

Some you can opt to change in next service if you feel it is not compulsory. If you have voucher during car purchase, it will only be around RM 200-300 for oil change during major service of around 12k.

My tyre is due for change and I am seriously considering ditching the run flats for good quality normal tyres.

Mine is cbu unit and came with the conti sport tyres. I really dislike the harsh ride and noisiness. Another big annoyance is this set of tyres has a tendency to skid (or "buang") when turning on wet concrete surfaces eg car parks. This sometimes has me worried when driving during rainy seasons although must say so far no skid feelings on normal asphalt roads.

I spoke to the service agents and of course, standard reply is although wont void warranty, it is not recommended by them...lol.

Any bros here considering or have make the changes? Would appreciate any advice!

Not too sure, maybe can try Sunway or Elebest singapore.

Quite some in our whatsapp group of 200+ members has changed to Michelin PS3 and PS4 for better grip on rainy days but you have to get the tyre leak kit because in case of emergency as we have no room for spare tyre.

Glenmarie SC is recommended by our members for good service, I personally go to HSS Belakong.
