IMO, the only con of c350e for me is the weight of the electric motor and battery. Its weighing about extra 300kg compare to its siblings. Imagine if you are driving alone, you are like fetching another 4 adults weighing about 73kg each.

I am sure you need to use some fuel when going up genting!  Unless one travel less than 30km a day, fuel is still needed !  I am sure one could hardly hear any engine noise in the car cabin unless the car is revved !  Try to rev till redline and your 350e will also roar!   Wt of the car increase the FC especially when revving hard! Thus it's a concerned by some and maybe not you coz you only drive less than 30km daily and light footed!

Taking my car(c180) this weekend or next week. Any thing to check? Or special attention required?

Im having some issues with the keyless go system just on my 3rd day of having the car.
Ón the driver side, sometimes it takes me few tries to lock or unlock the car.
Im taking in for inspection soon.'
Also today i notice my boot sensor not functioning (swipe ur foot to open the boot), it was when i tested during car delivery though.

not big deal i guess they can iron these issue out for me.
driving is very comfortable n exciting for me!
the Burmester sound system is exccellent!

i wonder if ceramic coating interfere with the door sensor function?

anyone tried c350e esave mode at city, drive to highway switch to hybrid mode and sport+ then do full acceleration. hows the speed like?

I use comfort or sports mode, in sports mode it charges the car battery faster i guess because its power depend on the petrol combustion engine more.
Acceleration in sports mode is really quick, you feel the wrapping effect where you are push back by the speed of the car.

Nope it doesn’t deactivate the vsa/vsc. Driving in sport plus is fun 😄

Very sad news to share for my C350e..

Since last Saturday, the car suddenly has no more cool air coming out from the aircond after having lunch for 1 hour and parked under a tree shade.

Dropped the car on Monday in C&C PJ for inspection on what issue then technician called back said they can't figure out what's the problem as it's never been encountered before. Probably something to do with hybrid system not supplying power to the aircond compressor but not confirmed. They said will easily take 1 week+ to even find out what problem and god knows how long to fix it.

Really unfortunate and disappointed with Merc's QC and that such a problem can occur to a 1+ year old car.

Any current C350e owners please beware!

I received notification to change battery of the key fob. Do you guys bring to outside shop to change it or bring it to the service center? Will it void warranty if do outside?

Any W205 owner change their run-flat tyre to normal tyre?

read from Facebook news 1 of the C350e owner change 5 tyres in a year due to car run through potholes, bump and so on...tyre reviewer also keep commenting the run-flat tyres easily broken or explode and sometimes can even damaged the rim. So, should just trade in the run-flat tyres to normal when it still new?

omg....the rims were changed related to the RFT also?
Based on the member above noted that not worthwhile to trade-in the RFT, my plan is just to use it for another year+ since the lifespan of the tyre is about 2 yrs only under normal usage.
