Hi,

Sorry I have just got to know my phone number 017-2373173 has been deactivated probably on 24/10 when I tried to reload yesterday.

The number is really important to me as it is my main contact when I am in Malaysia.

I would appreciate it if you could assist to get back my number. Thank you!

if the number is registered under your name , you could get it back under the telco after verification. but i think you have to change it to postpaid when they doing the number retrieval for you. i tried it with my digi number

yes you can, but you have to change it to postpaid first, after 2 - 3 months, you can change it back to prepaid.
