How wide is your Honda City std rim? If it's between 5.5-7jj then can fit. However 195/50 is starting to get a bit thin sidewall (only 9.7cm or thinner by 0.5cm from your current tire) so the ride comfort will start to get harsher. Better use 205/50/16 as it's about the same sidewall height with 185/55/16.
