hi guys, currently am looking for a gaming laptop with around 4.5kbudget. There is a few models that im currently interested, such as inspiron 15, ROG GL752VW, Cyberforge G15, msi PE70 6QE,GE72-6QC. just wondering which is the better ones in terms of build quality, cooling and also after sales service.

anybody know why my msi ge72 qc with gtx 960m only able to get around 60fps in dota 2 max setting, vsync is off, max_fps is set to 120. i check the benchmark online should be able to get at least 90-100fps.
