same spec totally no point, even with ddr4 ram whistling.gif
dell at least wait kabylake or newer GPU (such as gtx 1050, 1060, etc...) then only announce refresh model
guess Dell soon will introduce another refresh model due to kabylake and successor of gtx 1050, 1060 whistling.gif
*
i dont think they will fit in gtx 1060, if so ,the pricing will touch up high end, away off inspiron range, if you said amd gpus, thats possible,
as consumer, if manufacturer has newer / better design , even almost same spec, why not ? to be honest , i was bored with the current design already, haha biggrin.gif

haha, jangan terasa. laugh.gif
but then, it's really no point if you own an old model and plan to upgrade to the newer model but with the same specs.

from what i seen from notebookcheck, the gtx 1060 just little bit better then gtx 960M, hmmmm confused.gif

Be rest assured, gtx1060 is far more better than GTX980M, hence gtx960m is far more way behind  sweat.gif

who knows, everything is possible whistling.gif
what you talking about refresh design are true, that is marketing strategy
but as a consumer don't have a point to buy it with same spec + new design + ddr4 ram
as ddr3l and ddr4 ram not much difference in performance whistling.gif
*
If you own the previous model 7559, shall not buy new, not cheap ma, 3 k +++, but for some new buyer, they will,

The ram oh, not much different performance but much expandable , u can easily opt more then 16 gb ram, ddr 3l has the limit for tat

Yes I cant believe my eyes when I see the ad, and quickly snap it up. Tried to bring it down a few hundred ringgit more, but was not entertained. Sealed the deal in the next hour or so. Brand new should be 3.5k+, and this dude just used it for a month or so. Looks immaculate, and the warranty checked out too

GL626QF.

I dont think this model is sold here in Malaysia. The seller bought it in the US. It is pretty much basic specs, without even the backlit keyboard and ssd.
I do plan to install an M.2 SSD and add another 8gb DDR4 RAM soonish though. Should set me another rm500 or so.
*
Hmmm US set, pretty hard to claim warranty here
