Wait for Vega line-up from red team to give them some pressure.

According to credible leaked synthetic benchmarks:
Mobile GTX1050Ti is on par with GTX970m.
Mobile GTX1050 perform between GTX960m & GTX965m Ti.

All major OEMs will refresh their laptop or launch new line-up with Kaby Lake i7-7700HQ/i5-7300HQ, GTX1050/GTX1050Ti around CES 2017 on 5/1/2017according to digitimes. Stay tune for updates. icon_rolleyes.gif

Kaby Lake mobile Q'core i5-7300HQ & i7-7700HQ benchmark.
Kaby Lake core i7/i5 is slightly faster than skylake i7/i5 due to slight higher clock, expect it will be more power efficient. No significant performance gain cause using the same architectual/process nodes.
