Nothing can be done, PayPal even locked up our account for 6 months when we pursuit further for the issue.We have show them all the evidences, but still they decided to side the buyer.
On another occasion in this year we have another case happened, a buyer bought our product later on claimed not authorised payment.
This time they siding the seller, by telling us they are doing our favour.
They should not said doing our favour, we as seller did nothing wrong by follow all the guideline set by PayPal. They should protect us, not the scammer.
