You can select all 4 files or can skip csc
The other 3 files are important to flash.
iinside csc there is pit file.
it'll format your internal storage

Even you download from sammobile you will get the THL version.
Try extract the cache.img you'll see default is THL.
if your current CSC is XME you'll get XME during installation other than that will get THL CSC.

Last time I download THL and XME from sammobile.
after extract both have same hash value.
