I experience the same occasionally. Also instances of the phone dying at 30%, and rapid battery drain. Battery stats shows its due to Google services. Hope it is something that can easily be solved with a factory reset or a new battery.

After a year, my Note 4 seems to be acting up. Aside from battery issues, now it doesn't seem to remember Wifi connections. Everyday when I reach home or office, I will have to manually connect to the wifi, and even have to Key in the password again day after day. Sigh..
