well, i am not sure what is wrong but i did flash using the downloaded firmware from Samfirmware but every time i factory reset, i will see thailand wordings.. and when the phone is on for the first time, everything is set to thai until i change the language. this is where the useless apps are getting downloaded. anybody facing the same?

My wife note 4 dead!   

Noon when she finish chat with friend on whatsapp then she leave the phone on table. When she wan to use the phone again the phone totally no respond. The phone just feel hot & totally no respond.

Plug in power no respond. Plug into computer no respond. Remove battery & plug again no respond. Hard reset also no respond.   

Guess the motherboard burnt!

Did multiple factory reset, but didn't help. No one else face this issue?

guys, my note 4 just suddenly start rebooting itself continuously. it gets into the main screen for about 1 second and then reboots again, and again, and again.
currently the only way i know to stop it is to plug in the charger. however, this makes it an "immobile" phone. as soon as i unplug the charging cable, it reboots again. the battery looks ok (on the outside, at least)
i've tried booting into safe mode and uninstalled the last app installed
tried cleaning the battery contact, too (since i suspect it's something to do with battery)
tried to remove sd-card
nothing works so far.
i didn't root or do anything funny with it - i'm still on samsung rom (lollipop version).
it's out of warranty for a few months already now. so any help would be appreciated

Yes, no sound.

I stock MM + root also. Whatsapp like got bug. Erm... Everytime I view a specific group profile picture, it sure hanging there. Cannot back, cannot tap anything. Just can press home screen, it delayed 2-3 secs then go out to homepage.
He is complaining bout Samsung anyway. 

Guys, my phone just updated itself to MM while I was trying to open Spotify. Long story short, shld I clear cache or anything like that?
