I am thinking of getting Maxis Fibre Internet 10 Mbps.

I read somewhere that Maxis does seem to slow down users who use large amounts of bandwidth. When Maxis is questioned about this, they refer you to Maxis's FUP statements, but the FUP statements are not clear on exactly what to expect from Maxis, such as when end users are slowed down. Only that they may not provide what is promised at times.

Maxis also goes very very slow at night as it seems Maxis does not have enough bandwidth to serve it's customers in peak periods. When your connection does go slow, Maxis refuses to respond with a reasonable solution.

May I know whether the above that I mentioned is true of Maxis Fibre Internet?
