 Maxis deliberately slow down users?, Maxis very slow at night too?

Hi kenviro,

Allow us to clarify on our FUP policy implemented for the home fibre internet services. Our FUP policy only will affect the speed wherein it will be throttled to 500kbps for P2P data transaction during peak hours (8pm - 2am). Hence, for other data transactions (except P2P data transaction), FUP policy does not apply.

i am not using P2P but it was still reduced in term of speed. i do not get this on unifi. i thought unifi would probably give me less problem as my friend was recommending me to switch, hence i did and i personally think the latency issue became worst day after another. it was good for a while and turn bad after few weeks which i felt it was a con job.... may i know what are the road map for improvement for Maxis as for now? Unifi has been picking up the slacks after all the reported problem. and they have also further reduce the price of their package as well.. Will maxis be doing something to improve in your services? thanks.
