I've been having this issues for over past a month, gave Maxis time to fix it but it never did. Right when I got the Maxis Fibre, my ping when I play CS:GO has been always more than a thounsand! only SOMETIMES I get low ping like 40ms. But after a few rounds it goes back up 400,600,900 and then 1200. Tell me, it's a fibre network, I tried using a MM server picker ( Match Making Server Picker ) only allow my server to connect to Singapore I can also get 1000+

LOOK HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS? Even download speed is only 200kb/s during download while speedtest.net says 1 mbps ( I'm having a 10MB of Maxis Fibre too )

Yes I agree, Saying thanks for your feedback and not doing anything about it is no use. It's been months almost 5 months now since I had this problem. I trusted Maxis to fix this ASAP, but I don't see any changes at all.

lol..maxis is known to have high latency issue since day one. That is like years already and they are STILL fixing it. Even their mobile broadband have this issue and ain't no one is gonna fix it.

I suggest TS just live with it or move to another ISP. They won't fix it.

So pissed with Maxis's services, wouldn't recommend anyone to get Maxis Fiber, shittest internet so far, ping NEVER went down still around 1000m/s, bullshit, 10mbps, download speed 40kb/s. Goddamn I'm pissed.

dude..just move out. Why do you keep letting them waste your time? They are hopeless. Unifi 5mbps at the same price is so much better than maxis fibre 10mbps.

Their people are best at hiding behind the frontline. The frontline CSO usually cannot do anything. They can only say sorry to customer and escalate the issue to them. But these backend people just slacking with their job. No pressure for them as they are not the one getting screwed by customers.

Since we are at it, there are major problem with some departments as well. Some of the head of dept are totally useless. They are cutting costs, stopped hiring new people and some even salary cut..BUT HOD get new company car and so on.

Trust me..maxis is really in bad shape right now. Their mobile business, broadband business and so on are going down the drain.

Yeah, fuck Maxis. literally, so god damn pissed with their services. Steam downloading could get from 1mb/s to 100kb/s, how ridiculous is this shit.
