my basic salary is to little that is 2420. but my un consistence allowance per-month sum up with my basic can reach to 7k. is there any other way i can get the housing loan. the house price is below 250k.

i already give the bankers my 6 month salary that each of the month is more than 4k. but still rejected. how ah?

allowance is given together with your salary or what?

if separate, get any of friend that have company, ask them to help u make payment voucher to u. just make sure amount is tally. proof of income also.

nowadays lotsa loan rejected liao. even 5k salary loan being rejected. banks are being cautious

did u submitted the yearly income tax pay slip ?

if u report 'full income' and tax are made (say average RM7K per month) , wonder why cannot get loan for rm250k purchase?

Do u have EPF Statement to back up your allowance.

Problems is cos u only have 6 mths track record.

More than a year of consistent allowance will be needed, else the bank will just take the lowest allowance paid which is not helpful

Else, higher downpayment, don't take 90% loan

Take 80%, bank should be easier to approve
