Hi guys, would like to have your opinions whether serving liquor, Wine or Champagne during wedding dinner?
My wedding dinner is kind of intimate wedding gathering, only for 70pax and it is a buffet. The restaurant is going to charge me corkage RM50 for wine/champagne per bottle and RM80 for liquor per bottle.
I do not know how many bottle I need to serve. Any idea? Fyi, including of 1 hour cocktail session.

QUOTE(fuzzy @ Oct 27 2015, 06:11 PM) 1) Wine is far more cost than the other two liquor, beer is another one that you can consider 2) Hard to say, a bottle of wine can fill say, 4 cups and each person on average can take 2-3 cups. I also assume not everyone will drink, so I think 20 bottles should be sufficient. Yeah, recently bought few bottles to taste. Initially thought of buying Lambrusco, then the seller said Lambrusco, white wine and champagne are too easy drink and will be finishing very fast, end up he suggested to buy red wine Genesis which is under promotion.

QUOTE(supersound @ Oct 27 2015, 08:06 PM) Such restaurant I won't go since they are charging a premium for that. If the wines or shit water we bring in, charging a lump sum are fairer. No choice. Cuz the menu price are okay but corkage not okay
