1. I have problem with my ibook(OSX) There are white lineS appear accros the screenn view...
i realy dun know what happen!!...They said LDC problem. Yesterday it getting worse 5 white line a ppear on the screen i I RELLY DUN KNOW WHAT TO DO. NOW..ANY BODY HERE CAN HELP ME...
AND HOW MUCH IT COST TO FIX THIS PROBLE....???

so sorry to hear that...it seem like your LCD is dying and nothing can prevent it. it would be expensive to repair that LCD as well..

When your LCD totally died out alternative are get a desktop LCD monitor which cost about RM500 and hook it to your VGA out adapter...set the system pref to mirror your desktop..then you can still use the Ibook albeit you are bound to your desk with it....

you can do some basic testing...

connect an external monitor. if the problem is still there... then its the logic board.
if not, then its just the built-in LCD panel.

why not ask the guys in VR Technology to have a look at it? they're certified and all that. 03 2163 2020
