Casa green at average 460psf at 3yrs ago.. all ppl bbbuy this project.
3yrs later, PV OUG selling at 410psf , just behind Casa Green ... No More bbbwww ?? Curious haha |

Actually leasing market here so active, mainly due to existing tenants shifted from condos nearby oug parklane, z residence, Kiara 1 2, etc.
Don't forget property agents always play the game convince their existing tenants shift from time to time for commission income. As a tenant sure will looks for new condo with new facilities within their budget. Those who bought it for rental investment sure very Excited in short run before another newer condo coming up. But pity to those who buy it for own stay purpose, the facilities run down faster than usual, and have to join with any kind of ahbeng ahlian tenants.
