Actually the units in CG rented out fast from the very basic one to full Furnish.

If got unit vacant and no money to pay installment, rent it out instead of do nothing n let it auction

Facing Highway? 430K... can wait for another round to lower the price... The rental is doing quite ok, partial can get 1.6K to 1.8K.

yup Casa Green BJ is doing rather well, considering partial units don't cost a bomb. 4 aircons already provided, which could save easily RM7k. Our partial to full furnished units transacted rental RM1750 to RM2000 (data from 1x units) and the rental demand surprises us. And still getting enquiries despite all units rented. We could get them all tenanted as fast as few days upon complete of reno package. And longest didn't take more than a month. But despite right layout, pricing, one should not neglect incoming supplies that would pose further pressure to rental in BJ.

How is the quality of rentees???

Rent out is easy...
Collection and upkeeping could be another matters.

So far so good as the place's getting a lot of request for rent and sale.. The sale offer price from agent is quite low compare to ZR 1000sq unit which is doing 550K to 600K. The price for casa green I've been told by agent is around 500K to 520K which I rather keep my unit for rental for while.

I think u get it wrong. The 3 parking lots all 3 side by side belong to me and my car was inside the 3 parking lots that belong to me(horizontally). The reason is there is some rubbish unclear from the developer and my car was inside the parking lots all belong to me without disturbing any1 or misuse neighbor car park. And there is not written rule yet in the black and white that owners cannot park it that way.

Just to express the rudeness of the guards after found out the real owner still not release the clamped lock but over reacted. Anyway already highlight to mgmt. and they admit the guard doing was too much!
