I always thought partition / subletting by room basis normally happen at lower end property such as flat or medium cost apartment. But guess I'm wrong. This bad property market today, I think force people to be more creative. Yes, this occur at Casa Green Bukit Jalil. Watch the video and you will know confirm fail bomba requirement. From initial 3 bedroom convert into 5 bedroom units.

Original bedroom comes with laminated flooring, while you will see the partition room will be with normal tiles flooring.

Wow, the guard so “hardworking”. Keep on ronda the whole building. Looking for another source of income. Gd job.

This managment non negotiable.... Anything u done wrong just compound... They wont admit if they agree some issue before... So pls do black n white or record if u ask them permission...

So the team doing few units as above partitioning design most probably didnt get back their deposit. Just let it burnt maybe. Not 1 unit as they got few units all similarly set up. I'm sure such stuff wont be approved by the management.

It should have reported to Bomba department and Management.

Already high dense and made it even more complicated.

Ya regret because one-time bullet for RUMAWIP already used up. FML. My old place baru 270k but don't have so many champions bangwall.gif

Anyone know what type of sink basin is the developer giving? the very cheap type or usable one for concrete table top?
