This is the new standard from the car park guideline. I forgot which year the guideline enforced, but property purchaser should expect this type of car park provided.

No, this is due to the new guideline on car parks in the building which in between small / big pillar... You can visit most old condo do not have such space..

I believe it should apply to all, but it is the guideline anyway, I can't remember it is a MUST or just purely a guideline. If it is a MUST then congratulate to all new condo owners that bought new condo recently.. Have a visit to ZR on how mush smaller the car park there... smile.gif

Very nice. Closer to lrt and manyak amenities. 99 mart to kopitiam and mamak corner. 1 of the top choice.

Even got lelong, I think will get sapu very fast. Launch price not high. And plenty pipu on waiting list after sold out. last time Bumi units once released, all the pipu fight crazy to buy.

The Como condo new project just right after muhhibah flat.. just down the road... now selling rm700+psf 😂. This one maybe will go lelong manyak till coma liao. sweat.gif

Yes, price around ini Macam. Belum vped Belum tahu. After vp also need some time for defect check and reno. No very high expectations. Quite near to lrt station. No need go uphill down hill. Almost flat easy walk to lrt station. Should be ok geh. Let c let c.
