Hi, I have a problem when I want to port out from maxis. My request was unsuccessful the reason I got was contract obligation. From what I recall I do not have any contract obligations currently. Please rectify this issue thanks you.

At this moment, we are facing an intermittent issue with our MNP system and rectification is in progress. However, we are unable to advise on the tentative timeline of this issue to be resolve. Sincere apology ohmy.gif
