Hi, I can't making any call or receiving any call via my VOIP phone,
when I check on my maxis gateway, the phone LED doesn't light up.
I've already input the correct URI / Password

SIP URI : VOIP Number (0367335338)
Username : 0367335338
Password : 03673353381 (VOIP No +1)
Confirm Password : 03673353381 (VOIP No +1)
Display name : <blank>
Abbreviated number: <blank>
Port: All

Password : 17234234875338 (VOIP account number + last 4 digit VOIP number)

I've already tried. Both 60367335338 & 0367335338 give me the same result. a red cross under Register tag
