Actually AirAsia is not bad what other people think as most of it are being still held by the banks mainly CIMB and Maybank in terms of credits that is still due to be payout to customers as most people have locked in the cheap flights in 2019.On the other hand the AAX is seriously is the one which is draining AA which is now the trouble due to country immigration laws
I’m waiting to see on what next they are willing to do come Dec especially on the change fees as most people will have to travel some sort domestically in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.
The only thing to look for is their hedging against markets especially fuel hedging which is denominated by USD which they will have to write off and the currency exchange is not favourable against them.
Most likely what will happen they will have to probably list their new company called Teleport most likely if the take up from the investment banking is willing to take risk to float it up as penny shares probably as low RM0.15 to raise capital since SK Investment might be will taking up a small stake.
