Before this. Bk jalil surrounding comfortable to be home for own stay. After so many new development here, bk jalil no more different from other sub urban area .... ppl looking for home should shift out from this place.

Developer always find a ulu ulu area and buy the land with super low cost and then sell off with high to gain max profit.
Bk jalil now not much profit margins already. Can see many newbies enter blindly in bk jalil projects now (except the park resi I think it is still good buy for own stay only)....
Any taikors here got ideas where is the next place that developer will develop it, flip it, become hot spot. . Haha
