win10 > win8.1 > win8 > win7
win10 and win8.1 not very much performance improve but still i do notice it still better in some degree.
and ts your pc no problem, can win10.
but i want to remind you, the best option is to clean install windows. windows install from "upgrade windows" no matter from ? version to ? version of windows are always the same, lag and slow, defragment can't help much.
Depends - an upgrade install can be pretty seamless. I have upgraded several machines to 10 without a clean install and none of them are experiencing performance issues. win10 and win8.1 not very much performance improve but still i do notice it still better in some degree.
