Anybody here willing to share their Zerolution bill with me? I want to know how they include the phone installments into it.

Please be advised that the Zerolution Monthly Fee & Upgrade Fee will be show under Other Charges. If you subscribe to Zerolution Premium Device Protection, it will be show under Value Added Services.

Example

Value Added Service
Zerolution Premium Device Protection - RM15

Other Charges
Zerolution Monthly Fee (1/24) - RM111
Zerolution Upgrade Fee - RM44

can you share a print screen of a sample bill with Zerolution plan+One Plan?
I have tried to ask for the sample bill viewing in both your centre in KLCC and Pyramid but they were not able to show me.

We are unable to provide such sample bill as it is a breach of private and confidentiality matter.

Nevertheless, we would suggest that you take up Maxis Zerolution and obtain the first bill statement. If you have any further queries in regards of your statement, you may contact us.

Hey maxis.. can i know which amount I need to pay? Is it the 'Total Amount Due' at the top or 'Total Lines Charges' at the middle because both showing the different amount as I want to pay it online. Thank you.

I don't understand how is zerolution has no contract...

the zerolution installment on 128/158/188 are all different on any specific device

I could have chosen to run 188 for 3 months, then switch to 128 for the next 9 months...

please enlighten

Hi M_century,

For new Zerolution package, the downgrade of rate plan is not allow during the 24 months installment period as the installment amount are different under Maxis One Plan 128, 158 & 188.
