Just ordered mine thru their online shop. Ordered on Thursday... Still waiting for them to give me the tracking number.

A few days but u may need to push them.

Paid on Thursday... Didnt receive any tracking till monday. That also i called & gave them hell cuz thay already converted my plan to RM138 plan on friday.
Called again on monday evening... All of a sudden tracking got ady in system.
Now waiting for gdex to deliver.

Purchased: 23/11
Received : 28/11

In between nvr received any tracking number.

Call & Call....
I actually threatened them cuz they acting activated the RM138 package b4 even giving me the tracking number

1. Most of the time no stock at shop and can't call b4 going to check on stock.
2. At that time digi posted that price only valid for online purchase.

For my case at least cuz i just took the iPhone 6 device only. Not really targeting the higher end models

I'm in shah alam. I'm too lazy to go to bukit bintang just for 1 item.
Prefer they send to my doorstep. Hahaha

I believe u can just call their customer service and ask. They should have it in their records
