Hi there! I was told by a staff at Digi Store Pyramid that it's faster to purchase online. So I did that on 4 Dec but till today the status is "in progress".

When I called to ask, they said they are still waiting for stock from Apple. Which is a little odd as I had specifically selected an item that was written as "in stock".

Anyone else here have any experience buying the iPhone 12 bundle package with Digi online ? How long did you have to wait to receive your items?

Did you buy it online? If you’ve not made the purchase yet, only reserve, perhaps can try online. I received mine on Saturday (12 Dec) after ordering on 4 Dec.

The reservation I made in person, till today still no call or message. That’s been one month.
