Anyone know where I can get my SKX’s lens changed (there are a few scratches on it) & the watch serviced?

you can try to diy use autosol metal with cotton pads or polywatch watch crystal scratch remover..

I personally use autosol to remove all these minor scratches and works most of the time.. 1 big tube cost around rm10 and can be easily sourced

otherwise you can consider getting the crystal upgraded to sapphire instead of getting the original hardlex

watch servicing in kl can consider wah foong steven fixology.. sent my watches there for servicing.. nice friendly owner smile.gif

Thanks for your reply bro. A few questions:

1. Where can I buy the Autosol Metal? Any hardware shop?

2. I have considered changing the crystal to sapphire, but afraid that it will be quite expensive. Do you know any shops that can do this?

3. How much does Wah Foong charge for servicing?

1. anywhere from hardware shops / lazada / shopee.. many places have them

2. around 200 for the sapphire crystal depending on where you source it.. crystaltimes(dot)net is more of the reputable ones out there but there are also many aftermarket sellers for skx for a reasonable lower pricing

3. skx movements is usually below rm150.. you can contact him to get a estimated price quotation before sending in for the servicing

have no experience buying from them before but based on seller's rating and followers quite legit

however, seems like their primary product do not focus much on selling seiko watches but only japan stuffs in general.

should be safe to proceed if the pricing is right nod.gif
