I was automatically subscribed to this hours after I topped up my account

I did not register for any such subscription

Should I send the code for deactivation ?
Can i get my credit back in any way?

my account went from RM0.59 -> RM30.59 (topup) ->RM28.59

Sometimes it just charge when view msg. Talk to your telco. Sometimes the STOP instruction by company like this did not cancel everything. Telco normally has command list that you can use listed by company number there. This can be reported to MCMC so that company can be blacklisted. Not sure if can get money back
