Hey there, hope this helps:

1. Setup a business PayPal account, select Singapore.
2. Enter your credit card details, enter your entire card details and set the country as Singapore (Even though your card is Malaysian).
3. Verify your credit card - USD$3 will be deducted from your card, and it will be refunded back in your new PayPal account.

4. Goto Singapore, setup a Maybank account and get an ATM card.

To withdraw you can use the Singapore Maybank card here in Malaysia to withdraw. Or you can just use Maybank2u to transfer the funds.

Just make sure your income tax is declared, and everything's proper.

No, you have to physically be at the bank - it's to hinder money laundering by the lower/middle class. In Singapore you'll need S$500 or S$1000 to open a savings account (Can't remember which). Just check www.maybank2u.com.sg for savings account details.

I'm happy to help you anytime, just reply here. If I don't reply after 2 days, just PM me.
Good luck.

1.) Do we need any documents in order to get a Bank Account from the Maybank@SG??
2.) Does the bank charge any fees for the withdrawer??
3.) Different currency exchange will have any xtra charges?

1. Your passport, and you just fill up the Savings account forms. Singapore will deduct S$5 if your account is below S$500 every month.

2. Yes, if you got a Singapore ATM card, and you withdraw here, you will be charged RM2. If you use Maybank2u, there should be a small fee too.

3. It will be converted to Malaysian Ringgit at current market price.

i got UOB bank account it also a singapore bank right so can my paypal bank use UOB bank instead of maybank?

I'm not familiar with UOB's online banking - I don't know. Maybank2u allows you to manage both Singapore and Malaysia under one login.
