QUOTE(hihihehe @ Jan 3 2007, 04:53 PM) Ok..thanks for the info.Anyway, i had been using normal optical mouse all the time.Would changing to high precision mouse be hard to adapt? What might be the problem that normally occurs for people that had been using normal mouse and change to these type of high precision mouse?I am planning to get myself a krait. |

What i like about the Razer (never owned before but tested it) was how big the mouse is.Fit nicely on my palm and feel so comfortable.Thats why i wanted to get myself a Krait in the future...

QUOTE(jy14 @ Jan 27 2007, 04:54 PM) Usually, after buying the mouse, just use it in the plug and play mode to ensure it's working then install the bundled drivers. Then after that, play the games that you'll use it mainly for or just use the mouse like how u use it daily, then find any prob with it, ask you seller. Thanks alot for the info here.I will definitely test it when it arrives...Anyway, what does the bundled software normally do?Would it still function nicely without installing any of the bundled software?QUOTE(clayclws @ Jan 27 2007, 08:03 PM) The only thing I would recommend you to do is to reconsider your purchase and go for DeathAdder instead...caused I've used both and Krait is nowhere as good as DeathAdder. But if you've already ordered it...well...guess you've made up your mind then Well, i know the DA would be much better than the Krait without a doubt. But my budget is limited and still, i am not so much of a hardcore gamer that need such a high precision mouse. So for now, i guess the Krait would be my best choice... |

QUOTE(jy14 @ Jan 28 2007, 02:41 AM) The software is to allow you to config the mouse further to suit your usage. It's better than Window's own option under the control Panel. I've not installed any software from Razer CD for my DiamondBack but it's very safe and easy to use without the need of the bundled software. I guess mayb bcoz I've yet to use it for games like CS. (Coz my GC not powerful enuf to enjoy a smooth game , hehe) Ok..thanks alot for the info.I will definitely test it out when it arrives..Hopefully it will satisfy my normal gaming need for the time being..So, mayb you won't need to install the software unless u find any prob with it. In my opinion, currently besides Habu and DeathAdder, my preference is: DiamondBack > CopperHead > V 1.6 > Krait. I've seen the DeathAdder but not yet try it. Waiting for my Tarantula and GC 1st. haha. But, from all those who has reviewed their opinion on the DeathAdder, I have no doubt that it'll be the best rodent from Razer and I hope more to come with the laser technology. After all, laser could be the next generation's precise mouse for gaming, especially when we can afford the true HD like 30" Dell monitors with 7900GTX SLI. (2500 X 1600 resolution). |

Just got myself the Razer Krait today and i must say i am pretty impressed.I know there are better Razer mouse around but i do feel Krait is all i need for the moment. Not so much of a hardcore gamer.
Still in the process of getting used to it.The sensitivity is far better than what i imagine and i am sure it will be better for gaming.Currently trying to get use to the mouse.Pairing it together with the Everglide Titan DKT Monster Mat.Anyway, notice a certificate of authenticate for the Razer product and i agree with one word written there : there is no turning back.lol..I think i will not turn back to normal mouse now..lol.. Just wondering, is the Razer armadillo used to tidy up the extra mouse cable?and is it really useful?the 7feet cord for the krait seems a bit too long and its now hanging on the floor.Thinking about tying it with the armadillo... P.S. z3r0717, can add me to the list of razer users?lol... This post has been edited by akachester: Jan 30 2007, 06:32 PM |

Guys, need a recommendation here. My friend just gotten himself the Razer Diamondback the other day and is looking forward to get a good mouspad as well (what the use of good mouse without a good mousepad right)..Anyway, i have given him several recommendation but he felt the Razer Mantis, Everglide Titan DKT Gaming Pad to be too big..
Is there anything smaller that is a good combination with Razer Mouse? The only one that i know so far should be the normal Everglide Gaming Pad. Was looking forward to the Everglide MiniMat as well.Is there any smaller mouse pad from Razer themselves?Thanks.. |
