For 1,000 you can't get much.

Largest capacity would be Longchamp.

You can get a Tote from Coach for 1k+ for the larger size.

Micheal Kors if you fancy their design. Kate Spade as well.

I'd got with a proper backpack for work thou. Something from Crumpler, Tumi and etc would be much better if you're gonna house laptops.

Strongly recommend u don't get either coach or longchamp honestly....

Coz it's uber cheap at US / Paris.

If you wanna save up, just get a good one and end of story.

Get her a working bag like Samsonite?

Tumi's design much better but expensive.

If she's quite young, get for her a Crumpler lo. Looks pretty nice as well.

Or you can get her a Speedy tongue.gif

Planning to get that for my darling once I fly overseas again.

Depends on how big.

If she's using a 13 laptop, most generic bag can fit.

But if she's using 14~17, you need specialized carrier to fit those.

Not to mention, bags will tear easily once you load 13" laptops inside.

Why don't you just give her the money and handmade a birthday card for her? More meaningful leh.. she will remember for a long time

Buying expensive gifts are common these days.. happy for the moment.

If you ask me, 1k may not be enough to buy a nice expensive handbag. At 1k, you are looking at low range branded brands such as coach.. better don't buy...wait she don't like your taste then that's it tongue.gif

Always safer to buy makeup stuff haha.. A bit branded makeup brands such as channel, Dior...
