i just bought SAMSUNG 932b (jan '07 made)
and what panel it use ?

i have Samsung 932b 19" , does 22" SAMSUNG 226BW size bigger than 19" normal 4:3 ?

help.. does 22" widescreen screen height same with 19" normal type. ?

is it 22"w = 19" normal 4:3 ?

A= AU Optronics

edit* 932B non wide screen. but now days samsung using TN panel.

i just bought Samsung 971P , the color better than Sony HS95P

my lcd list: (19" inch)
-Samsung 971P [SPVA]
-Samsung 932B [Samsung B-TNⅢ]
-Samsung 191T (3.5yrs ago) [PVA]
*color can beat 971P , but 25ms !

-Sony SDM-HS95PR [MVA]
-BenQ FP91G+ [TN]

i prefer 932B . design looks nicer. Personally i don't like widescreen type.

B-TNⅢ , samsung own TN panel. The overall best picutre/color quality of low end panel , compare with Chimei,Auo...

SAMSUNG 971p

good:
-Contrast and brightness improved provide amazing color
-Touch sensitive power button is too cool
-fell that pixel smaller than Samsung 932b , very sharp.

disadvantage:
-no OSD , control by software.
-People will try to steal the monitor from you, it will happen

I just change Samsung 932B "Plus" @RM820 (Thundermatch). extra RM20 932b old model.

Previous model Samsung 971p text quality a bit blur , and problem ghosting image (red color) . http://www.prad.de/en/monitore/ghosting_test.html
