Hi need to ask some LCD monitor expert here. if the specification of the lcd monitor surface state got : "anti glare polarizer" then what is this actually? is it the filter that make the whole screen glossy?? like Hp bright view screen in notebook lcd screen. or just usual LCD screen? which is a bit blur one.

pls help me with this. thanks

Hey Berserker bro for your info,
last time I ordered my Dell 2007WFP on 29 June 2007 and also straight away transfer money(*telegraphic transfer may take a bit longer time to track) at same date.
5 July 2007, Dell comfirm my order and gave estimate delivery date on 11 July 2007.
On 11 July2007, I received my order. 12 days as total or 9 working days. (*Note: my location is Kuching, Sarawak, East Malaysia!) smile.gif

Hmmm...means that this 2407WFP-HC is better than the E248WFP? Im seriously confuse...Anyone willing to give me more oppinions?
*
If I'm not mistaken, I think that the 2407WFP-HC UltraSharp that use S-PVA panel is much more better in term of color reproduction compare to the Entry-level's E248WFP which use TN panel. Just that the former is from the older batch model. smile.gif

UltraSharpTM  2208WFP vs 228WFP

Only differences are the usb ports and the adjustability of the monitor? Or quality of display, ultrasharp is better?
*
In my opinion, they should name it "UltraStand" if the different is only with the support stand instead of better panel or display. smile.gif

i tink the difference is the resolution..

ultrasharp has higher reso compared to 228WFP

correct me if im wrong..

Added on June 19, 2008, 6:05 pmoops.. jus found out..

both have same reso..

difference is only the adjustability and ports..

btw.. both are TN panels as well
*
Thats why I said it should be named "UltraStand" instead. rolleyes.gif

Isit? Oh, I don't know about this. doh.gif If so, my apology to Dell. notworthy.gif hehe...
But, for me this "UltraSharp" name most used for LCD with better panel type in the past. smile.gif
