A screenshot just records the digital image generated by your card before it's sent to the monitor. Defects due to the monitor will not be visible in a screenshot except on the actual monitor that has the defect (it's not actually present in the screenshot but obviously if your monitor has that defect it's going to show up in the screenshot). You need to take a photo if you want to show any defects.
