Just want to share... I bought 2 iPhone 6S Plus - 64 GB from Apple Online Store. Both are TSMC... I think if we buy from Apple Online Store, the chances are 99% to get TSMC...

Got a Samsung chip when I bought during launch night, sent in for warranty and the replacement came with a TSMC chip.
