Hello guys.

Sorry if there is redundancy on this topic, but this is my first time here.

Really need ur help to decide which budget laptop is better. I only play dota, do some photo editing, and also video editing.

I am narrowing my choices between
1. msi ge62 2QL(Apache)-203M with gtx950m 2gb ddr5
2. Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-591G-744Nk i7 with NVD GTX860M 2GB GDDR5,
3. Asus G551JM-DM053H with GTX860M GDDR5 4GB
4. Asus ROG Gaming Series GL552JX-DM174H with NV GTX 950 2GB DDR3

Because i think gtx960 is quite expensive for me.
The other problem is bcoz i really dunno which one is better, 860 or 950, ddr3 or ddr 5 regardless of the vram.

Or perhaps you guys have any other suggestion for me. My budget is around rm3.8k.

Thanks alot guys.

DDR 5 > DDR3.

If you are not that demanding in games settings. Then MSI seems nice. But 860 > 950 by just a little.

Pick the one you prefer.

Happy hunting

So far from reviews.

MSI (New model) >> all the others in terms of cooling (base on my reading reviews)

But acer you need to tweak some settings so that the cooling system is good. It is on the first page on the Acer thread (I think it is still usable).

Nope, from your budget that is pretty much the option unless you are willing to top up to RM4K~ then you can look up Cyberforge and Illegear.
