If a player with the EX skill you train to your main player, say Kroos, then Kroos will "inherit" the EX skill. But there's only 1 way to remove the EX if you want to do so, and that's by Training Camp only. So choose your EX skill carefully. 2 types of EX skill, 1st is the stat drop, works like a additional ultra skill, 2nd, works like a "silencer". I would personally aim for the "silence" EX skill, where they silence the player's SS from activating. A CF with a chasing silence EX will be extremely useful.
