I do believe Maxis is the best telco in Malaysia, and hope the customer service too, last week Saturday I have place my order for 6s plus, but after I confirm the payment, it shows error, I have checked with my bank and it charge to my credit card but the order is under the pending status. So I have lodge a cases on Saturday and the person in charge promised to update me within 3 days, but until now I still haven't get any feedback on this. Kindly check for my cases C16901974
