foreigner widow can inherit property <1mil?, what is the solution?

my fren just passed away and he has a will to give the house to his foreigner wife.
the house is only worth 300k , can the property transfer to widow name? or join name? or must she sell the house to get the money? who will be the one sell/sign the documents? lawyer? |
