Cool down and wait for any sort of official news first.
The report was in another language and we all know how the translator bots are.
The update already mentioned that people from MS say there's something about content showing up in the wrong regions and thus users are not able to download so let's just wait and see first.

It doesn't really work if a small group of people (yes even 200 is just small) just decides to flood MS Malaysia with calls for the Xbox 360 to be launched here. A lot of planning and preparation is required before something like that can be done. Just keep playing, the Live servers keep track of everyone that connects, they KNOW Malaysian IPs are connecting to the servers. Check out this article (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/personality/trixie/xboxundercover/xboxundercover-xoc.htm) Check out the entry for 10:30PM, so... Let's just act civil and not give them a reason to take away our fun. Who knows... maybe some day new gamers will be able to select Malaysia as their region?

Guys... it's not a banned, it's just a block on downloaded content. Chill, IF and WHEN there is a ban we'll all go storm MS office together , but right now just stay calm first. The fact that we're using Live is in pretty much a grey area right now (Remember, the TOS states that when you sign up you confirm that your registration details are valid?). Yes we paid for the service but ask any lawyer and I do believe that he'll tell you just because you paid for something it doesn't make it right.
