Um i need some help here... just bought a xbox360 today...

First, where exactly can i get the RCA-port-to-stereo-port-converter? I have visited some electrical shops, but none has it... I live in Kajang, work in PJ, so does anyone know where can i buy the damn thing? Without sound... the xbox is not a xbox...

And i have problem logging onto Live, always failed... is it the international problem or? Anything i should keep in mind?
