DOA4. I bought the 360 for this game, and this game only. Still play it to this day. GRAW and GOW get honorable mentions

Ok, I think I'm screwed....I wanna cancel my Live Gold membership, but it seems that I can only cancel via calling the Xbox line, in US!
 Anybody got a better idea? I don't want them to renew my Live when i'm not even playing on Live.... |

Is it even possible to dial a 1800 number from here in the first place?
 I heard horror stories of waiting more than 20 minutes to cancel a subscription. Oh, the horror of call charges.... I don't think cancelling my c/card is an option  Can I transfer my account to someone else? My card is expiring this year anyways, so they'll only charge me this one time.... |
